Since 1991, the John Locke Foundation has published hundreds of articles on politics, education, health care, crime, taxes, and other issues through its monthly newspaper, the Carolina Journal. In May of 2003, DesignHammer helped JLF launch the daily Carolina Journal Online, which provides commentaries, news, summaries of the state's major media for 30,000 visitors every month.
