emme is a monitoring and evaluation tool developed by RTI International, providing on-line real-time access to project status and success stories, for groups including US Agency for International Development (USAID). DesignHammer designed a clean, easy to use site with a distinct look that compliments RTI's parent site. DesignHammer was selected for the emme project based upon a track record of developing successful, award-winning projects for RTI International.
