RTI International's Learning States initiative connects the world's leading multinationals seeking to grow new markets at the base of the world's economic pyramid, local business, government, and economic development leaders in emerging markets and aid and nonprofit organizations interested in economic and job growth. In April of 2005, DesignHammer designed a site to compliment the look and feel other RTI projects while establishing its own identity. The clean, flexible-width layout ensures all content is easily accessible and readable.
