In July 2005, DesignHammer completed the initial NC Policy Watch web site, replacing the presence afforded through a section of the Philanthropy Journal site. The site features greatly expanded content, and a simple design and near monochromatic palette, intended to allow readers to focus on the news and commentaries featured on the site. The semantic, standards-compliant XHTML and CSS-based layout ensure accessibility across multiple platforms, from current Linux, Macintosh, and Windows browsers to cellular Internet devices, PDAs and text-only browsers.
