Don’t take our word for it - Triangle Macintosh Users Group

Recently, the TMUG Officer's Board proposed a full web site redesign for our user group. The site was fair, and had a good amount of usage, but the board wanted more, and several members had mentioned the site's "dated" look. David and Frank of DesignHammer agreed to do a total makeover, and, I must say, the results were beyond anything I had expected. I have had members independently write to me, giving kudos to the team. (A great benefit for me is they give me credit with choosing such a good firm!)

Not only do the graphics look better, but the overall organization is better as well. Our webmaster found DesignHammer very easy to work with as he converted their design into the reality of code. I monitored much of their conversation by email, and response time was rarely more than an hour for any of the questions that arose.

Frank also listened to our board's feedback and accommodated their suggestions into his overall plan quite handily. All in all, working with DesignHammer was a great experience, and their on-going services are an added bonus. (They design a small custom graphic each month promoting our main meeting.) Having professionals to handle the dealings with the ISP and the web hosting service made a huge difference. Their professional manner showed a depth of understanding in all phases of how the web works, right down to making the site load faster over the slow connection some of our members have.

I can heartily recommend their services, and have done so with my clients in my professional consultancy.
