In 2015, on the verge of launching a new website, CED was forced to seek out a new vendor to complete the site and manage the deployment. DesignHammer delivered, not just on the project, but joining the organization, and sponsoring a premiere conference.
DesignHammer completed a major Salesforce project this year which involved restructuring a client's Drupal/Salesforce integration. The client was using a forked, hacked-apart version of the Salesforce module from 2009 along with a custom implementation of Salesforce Outbound Messaging to do bidirectional syncing of 30,000 Drupal user accounts.
About a month ago I became a co-maintainer of the Salesforce Suite module for Drupal. The suite offers robust integration with Salesforce.com. I wanted to write a few words about the Salesforce suite modules and encourage developers and users to check it out.
We recently finished up development on a new Drupal website for Proteus Networks, a Juniper and Cisco network training and consulting company. The main challenge for the new site was to integrate Salesforce (a popular customer relationship management system used by over two million subscribers) with Drupal, the open-source content management system used for the website redesign.
